-_ The City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of State of Montana, with offices at 121 North

Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, Montana 59715, hereafter GRANTOR, is the owner of the following
described real property,The Amended Plat C-41-K of Blocks 14, 15,and 28 of Imes Addition to
a T_ Bozeman,(hereafter Property 3or Grantors Property),and hereby grants unto each and every Person
firm or corporation,whether public or private,providing or offering to provide telephone,electric
power,gas,intemet,cable television or other similar utility or service,the right to the joint use of
an easement for the construction,maintenance,repair and removal of their lines and other facilities

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A 10'WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
Commencing at point being the southwest corner of the Amended Plat C-41-K of Blocks 14,15,and 28 of Imes'Addition
to Bozeman;which bears N89°34'16"W for a distance of 5 feet from the start of the centerline of a 10 foot wide utility
easement and True Point of Beginning;thence N2°00'19"E along the centerline of a 10 foot utility easement through the
following courses a distance of 1002.86 feet to a point on the south right-of-way of East Oak Street;thence easterly
along said right-of-way through a non-tangent curve to the left with a radius of 356.56 feet and a central angle of
22°34'47",and an arc length of 140.52 feet and having a chord bearing of 78°02'38"and a chord distance of 139.61 feet;
thence S89°19'56"E a distance of 167.57 feet;thence S54`00'00"E a distance of 27.46 feet to a point on the west right-
