Application 19445, Modification and Certificate of Appropriateness Deviation Application to an Approved Site Plan Application (19-128) to Allow for Encroachment of Open Space Hardscaping and a 4-foot Awning into the 35-foot Watercourse Setback at 240 East Mendenhall Street (continued from 2/24) (Quasi-judicial) (Rosenberg) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the staff findings as presented in the staff report for application 19445 that the application does meet the criteria required for approval and move to approve with conditions the East Mendenhall Mixed Use application for the deviations requested to allow for encroachment of open space hardscaping and encroachment into the watercourse setback. 2. Application 19499, Eastlake Professional Center Zone Map Amendment Requesting Amendment of the City Zoning Map for an Existing Lot Consisting of Approximately 7.65 acres and the Accompanying Adjacent Right-of way from B-2 (Community Business District) to B- 2M (Community Business District-Mixed) (Rogers) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 19-499 and move to adopt the findings presented in the staff report and to approve the Eastlake Professional Center zone map amendment, with contingencies required to complete the application processing. Appointments to the City Planning Board (Maas) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint two Mayoral appointment members, Paul Spitler and Henry Happel, whose terms expired January 31, 2020 and one new Mayoral appointment, Richard Rudnicki. All terms expire January 31, 2022. 4. Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Maas) Consider the motion: I move to appoint six members to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board with terms expiring December 31, 2021. O.
