Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-28 as submitted.
H. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This
is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There
will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but
you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which
does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and
courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your
comments to three minutes.

1. Resolution 5137, Modification of Special Improvement Lighting District 722 for Meadow
Creek Phases 1, 1A and 1B (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5137, Modification of Special Improvement Lighting
District 722 for Meadow Creek Phases 1, 1A and 1B.
2. Resolution 5152, Amending the FY21 Budget to Include Additional Expenditures of $296,520
to the Workforce Housing Fund to Fund a Request From HRDC to Furnish Required Health and
Safety Improvements to a Newly Leased Property at 2015 Wheat Drive, Intended to Serve as
the Community's Warming Center, and Authorize City Manager to Sign a Grant Agreement

with HRDC (Andreasen)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 5152 amending the FY21 budget to include additional
expenditures of $296,520 to the Workforce Housing Fund.
AND
Consider the motion: I move to authorize the City Manager to sign a grant agreement with HRDC in the
amount of $296,520 for improvements to property to be used as a warming center.
3. Appointment to the City-County Board of Health (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the City-County Board of Health as the City
appointee with a term to expire January 31, 2023.
4. Appointment to the City Planning Board (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint to the City Planning Board one member, Jennifer Madgic, whose
term expired January 31, 2020 for a new term expiring January 31, 2022.
5. Appointment to the Trails, Open Space, and Parks Committee (Maas)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee,
Recreation and Parks Member Position, with a term ending April 15, 2021.
