Approval of final plat for Amended Plat of Minor Subdivision No. 99 - amend Lot 3 of Minor Subdivision 99 (Advanced Technology Park) (P-03004) (JM) c. Ratify City Manager's reappointment of Jim Drummond to Police Commission, with three-year term to expire on April 30, 2006 d. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Public hearing - Minor Site Plan with Certificate of Appropriateness - allow construction of 8,835-square-foot expansion to existing warehouse on Lots 1-3, Tract 8, Gardiner-Simmental Plaza, with deviation from Section 18.54.110, Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow a setback of 33 feet instead of required 50 feet for North 19th Avenue/West Oak Street greenway corridor- Prugh & Lenon for SKA, Inc.
