RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Interim City Manager to Sign a Public Park Easement with the Annex of Bozeman, LLC Across Lot 1, Block 1, Kagy Crossroads Subdivision for the Annex of Bozeman Site
Plan Application 19320 BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed agreement. Parks and Recreation Department staff reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
