ensure if there are any possible historically notable artifacts, that they be explored and
catalogued. The plan is to be submitted to the Community Development Department for
review and approval.
3. The applicant must work with the Downtown Bozeman Partnership, Extreme History, and
an appropriate ecological consultant to create interpretative signage along the creek as
described in the 2019 Downtown Bozeman Improvement Plan. The signage must be
approved by the City of Bozeman Planning Department & Parks Department, is necessary.
4. Prior to occupancy, the applicant must record a public access easement for the common
open space.
5. The applicant must work with City Engineering on any restoration work beyond the
approved landscaping plan.
Proposed Conditions of Approval
