The applicant must work with the Downtown Bozeman Partnership, Extreme History, and an appropriate ecological consultant to create interpretative signage along the creek as described in the 2019 Downtown Bozeman Improvement Plan. The signage must be approved by the City of Bozeman Planning Department & Parks Department, is necessary. 4. Prior to occupancy, the applicant must record a public access easement for the common open space. 5.
