NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien in the real property described as 730 Boardwalk Avenue and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Ferguson Farm Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
