THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR professional services for updating the 2009 Bozeman Community Plan dated May 21", 2018
(the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 1t day of 'tyQ-c tmL*Y , 2019, by and
between the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self-governing municipal corporation
organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse
Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771,
hereinafter referred to as "City," and Logan Simpson Design Inc. dba LoganSimpson, 213 Linden
Street, Suite 300, Fort Collins CO 80524 hereinafter referred to as "Contractor."
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement
as follows:
1. Extension of Term. Section 2 of the Agreement is extended for an additional six(6)month
period. The Agreement shall terminate on June 30, 2020. Per Section 30 of the agreement
additional extensions may be approved not to exceed August 1, 2020.
2. Agreement still valid.All remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain valid.
