4. Consent Items -
a. Ordinance No. 1596 - zone map amendment - amend zoning designations on
specified lots in StoneRidge PUD Subdivision, Phase 2A and 2B, from "R-O" to
"B-1" and from "B-1" to "R-O"; finally adopt (Previously Item 4a on May 12
agenda)
b. Award bid - Library site remediation contract- Envirocon, Inc., Missoula, Montana
- in the total bid amount of $799,903.40
c. Award Park Land Improvement Funds for FY '04
d. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Services Agreement - Western
Groundwater Services, LLC - develop Source Water Protection Plan
e. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.1 to Professional Services
Agreement for Sewer Rehabilitation Project, EPA Grant Priority Area 2
f. Authorize City Manager to sign - Lighting Agreement between City and
NorthWestern Energy - intersection lighting at Oak Street and North 27th Avenue
g. Approve request from Sierra Club to sell meals and souvenir items at a "Lewis
and Clark Day" event on June 14 at the Bozeman Ponds Park
h. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Request for local grants from Community Affordable Housing Fund to match federal grant
monies for two affordable housing projects - Accessible Space, Inc. (CR)
Conduct review; accept public comment; motion and vote (to or not to
approve)
6. Informal review - Waldear Daycare (1-03012) (JM)
Conduct review; forward individual Commissioner comments
7. Informal review - Bozeman Public Library (1-03004) (DS)
Conduct review; forward individual Commissioner comments
