Lantern Park Master Plan, associated with Nexus Point Master Site Plan and Site Plan
Applications 19263 and 19262 and Graf Street Apts Master Site Plan and Site Plan Applications
19309 and 19308, including Cash-in-Lieu of Parkland Request, pending code corrections and
conditions of approval. Any changes to the Park Plan must be reviewed by the Subdivision
Review Committee.

Park 2020 Sidewalk and Pathway Project: Addi Jadin

date, I move to recommend approval of Resolution 5145 allocating up to $171,316.45 from the
cash-in-lieu of parkland dedication account for construction of improvements at the Bozeman
Sports Park, in accordance with the provisions of Section 38.420.030 of the Bozeman
Municipal Code.
