NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A
MINOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION
The Bozeman Department of Community Development received a subsequent minor subdivision
preliminary plat application requesting the subdivision of an existing 32.51-acre lot to create two lots
for commercial development, two common open space lots, one restricted development lot, and
dedicate right-of-way. The property is zoned B-2 (Community Business District), located at 1023
Baxter Lane, and legally described as Lot 6A, PT Land Phase 2 Subdivision, situated in Section 1,
Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana, Plat J-498.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider PT Land Phase 3 Minor Subdivision Preliminary
Plat application as requested by the property owner, Montana Keystone Ventures, LLC, 17 Lockwood
Drive, Suite 400, Charleston, SC 29401-1155; applicant, Shane Strong, P.E., KLJ Engineering, 1982
Stadium Drive, Suite 3, Bozeman, MT 59715; and representatives, Troy Miller & Peter Wright, Bennett
Hospitality, 17 Lockwood Drive, Suite 400, Charleston, SC 29401.
The City invites the public to comment in writing
and to attend the public meeting. Written
