Description of Improvements
Acquisition of the additional area in the southwest quadrant of the intersection
to accommodate a second left hand turn lane
Demolition and removal of curb and gutter on Highland Blvd and all affected areas
Adjustment of street along east side of Highland Bvd
Widening street along west side of Highland
Install new curb and gutter at all affected areas
Modify geometrics to allow a second left hand turn lane from Highland Blvd onto East Mai:
Modify geometrics to allow modified left hand turn lane from East main onto Highland Blv,
Modify support arm for existing signalization
Repave all affected areas to COB standards
Modify and reconfigure signalization and timing to correspond with traffic study
