a. Approval of sketch plan application with Certificate of Appropriateness for
installation of a 50-foot lattice mast to support SCADA equipment for Water and
Sewer Department operations at City Shop Complex, 814 North Bozeman
Avenue (Z-03131) (CS)
b. Authorize City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement with Doug Smith -
20.302 acres described as a portion of Lot 1, Minor Subdivision No. 253 and a
portion of the W%, W%, SE~ and the E%, SW~, Section 3, T2S, R5E, MPM
(northeast corner of intersection of Durston Road and Flanders Mill Road)
c. Commission Resolution No. 3606 - annex 20.302 acres described as a portion
of Lot 1, Minor Subdivision No. 253 and a portion of the W%, W%, SE~ and the
E%, SW~, Section 3, T2S, R5E, MPM (northeast corner of intersection of
Durston Road and Flanders Mill Road)
d. Ordinance No. 1599 - establish initial zoning designation of "R-3A" on 20.302
acres described as a portion of Lot 1, Minor Subdivision No. 253 and a portion
of the W%, W%, SE~ and the E%, SW~, Section 3, T2S, R5E, MPM (northeast
corner of intersection of Durston Road and Flanders Mill Road); provisionally
adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption
e. Authorize City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement with Evangelical Free
Church - 0.7043 acre-parcel described as a portion of Parcel A, COS No. 1328A

f. Commission Resolution No. 3607 - annex 0.7043-acre parcel described as a

South 19th Avenue) - Evangelical Free Church
g. Ordinance No. 1600 - establish initial zoning designation of "R-3" on O. 7043-acre
parcel described as a portion of Parcel A, COS No. 1328A (north side of
Remington Way, west of South 19th Avenue); provisionally adopt and bring back
in two weeks for final adoption
h. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.2 to Professional Services
Agreement for remediation of library site - Resource Technologies, Inc.,
Bozeman, Montana
i. Acknowledge receipt of application for annexation - Gary W. Metcalf - 39.919-
acre parcel described as Tract A, COS No. 2389 (3955 Durston Road) (along
north side of Durston Road at Cottonwood Road extended); refer to staft
j. Authorize expenditure of $1 ,887.28 as partial reimbursement for costs billed by
the State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality for the Bozeman
Solvent Site for the period January 1,2003 through March 31,2003
