Pub Access Easement for Norton East Ranch Phase 4 Final Plat 19224Commission Memorandum REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission FROM: Danielle Garber, Associate Planner Martin Matsen, Community Development Director SUBJECT: Authorize the Interim City Manager to sign a temporary public access easement for two T-turnarounds, and a public access easement for open space pedestrian facilities with Norton Properties LLC for the Norton East Ranch, Phase 4 Subdivision, Final Plat #19224 MEETING DATE: March 9, 2020 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent Agenda RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Interim City Manager to sign a temporary public access easement for two T-turnarounds, and a public access easement for open space pedestrian facilities with Norton Properties LLC for the Norton East Ranch, Phase 4 Subdivision, Final Plat #19224 BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed agreement. Planning and Engineering staff reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable. The preliminary plat for Norton East Ranch Subdivision, Phase 4 was approved by the City Commission On August 1, 2018. The final plat will be reviewed March 9, 2020. The pedestrian facilities through open space lots C3 and G1 help mitigate block length and provide pedestrian connections to adjacent open space and public sidewalks.
