Hello Mayor and Commissioners.
I Live in the University parking district and have parking permits for my vehicles. I also have
a visitor permit.
I believe a couple of you may live in a parking district, so apologies if you already know theparking portal. If you have not used it, I can tell you it is cumbersome at best. I am
moderately versed in online dealings and found it poorly designed and "click" heavy. Itwouldn't work on my phone at all. It's a 13 step process to add a visitor! I would
encourage giving the portal some attention before making the northsiders use it!
