Rather than charging residents to park/ buy parking permits, why not just charge a parking fee to residents
of new parking-less buildings for each vehicle beyond what their building provides for? Perhaps $20,000
just like you charge B buildings like Kevin Bernard’s house on N Bozeman Ave. That might encourage
developers to build fewer units but adequate parking if they knew it would affect sales of their units.
