I am writing to urge the City to promptly issue a certificate of occupancy for the old Armory. The developers
have done a great job of restoring this Bozeman landmark and have assumed great risk and expense to do
so. Any additional renovations at this point would be petty on the cities part and create a financial burden
and unnecessary time delays for the developer.
