Dear Bozeman Planning Department,
I am writing to express my support for the proposed Ellen "blade" sign to be added above the
Ellen marque and hope that you will confirm the creation and installation of the sign. I believethat not only will it be a valuable and beautiful addition to the North Side of Main Street, but
also will also give the Ellen it's deserved attention as the greatest theater in downtownBozeman. The Rialto and Baxter Hotel signs are one of a kind works of art that have added
needed vibrance and life to downtown Bozeman. These beautiful signs make it so fun to bedowntown and attract visitors and locals to the downtown businesses. Not only do these signs
add value to our downtown, they are as historically significant as the buildings they adorn.
Please let the Ellen live again and the North side of Main street come alive with this verticalblade sign.
