City of Bozeman,
I find it very discouraging to be in a position of having to voice my support to get the City of
Bozeman to stand behind their decisions made five (5) years ago. J&V has been involved in this
dream for downtown Bozeman from the beginning. One that very few thought would ever come to
reality. It is now real and is a beautiful addition to our city. An addition that has kept an historic
building in place during the process.
As a downtown property owner, it is very disheartening to think the City of Bozeman could take such
an action after the fact. A very poor precedent could be established and one that could undo what
so many have worked so hard on over the years. One of forward thinking, cooperation while
keeping the character of our beautiful surroundings.
The costs you would burden this project with are unconscionable. Please do not move forward with
these requirements and let Bozeman know there is common sense within our ranks.
