SUBJECT: Capital Improvement Projects Field Survey
Amendment No. 3
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
MEETING DATE: February 24, 2020
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment No.
3 to the Professional Services Agreement to facilitate a stormwater improvements project.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the partially executed amendment with Morrison-
Maierle, Inc to the Capital Improvement Projects Field Survey.
This amendment is to survey Oconnell Drive in order to facilitate upcoming stormwater
improvements project. This amendment will add work to our existing survey contract.
Engineering staff have reviewed the amendment and found it to be commensurate with the work
involved.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the commission
FISCAL EFFECTS: If approved, this amendment will increase the fee by $3,955.50
from $119,936.00 to $123,891.50.
