SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to sign a lift station agreement with Rosa
Johnson Development, LLC for use of the Laurel Glen Lift Station by the
Boulder Creek Subdivision Phase 3 project (19223).

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign a lift station agreement with
Rosa Johnson Development, LLC for use of the Laurel Glen Lift Station
by the Boulder Creek Subdivision Phase 3 project (19223).
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed
agreement. Engineering staff reviewed the document and found it to be
acceptable.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
