Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Amendment to Annexation Agreement - Bozeman School District No.7 - 29.152 acres described as Lot 4A, Minor Subdivision No. 221 A and adjacent abandoned portion of Roxi Lane (along North 27th Avenue immediately west of The Gallatin Center) b. Commission Resolution No. 3522 - annexing 29.152 acres described as Lot 4A, Minor Subdivision No. 221 A and adjacent abandoned portion of Roxi Lane (along North 27th Avenue immediately west of The Gallatin Center) c. Acknowledge receipt of application for annexation of 7.836 acres described as Parcel B1, COS No. 1790B - William A. Phillips and Bart Manion (between South Church Avenue and South Rouse Avenue, south of Lincoln Street); refer to staff d. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Easements across portions of Lot 2, COS No. 2089, from Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., as follows: (1) On Site Waterline Easement and Agreement, (2) On-Site Sanitary Sewer/ Waterline Easement, and (3) Existing 12-inch Waterline Easement g. Award bid - 2002 Water Renovations - Chief Construction Specialties, Inc., Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $605,081.00 h.
