b. Commission Resolution No. 3522 - annexing 29.152 acres described as Lot
4A, Minor Subdivision No. 221 A and adjacent abandoned portion of Roxi

c. Acknowledge receipt of application for annexation of 7.836 acres described

portions of Lot 2, COS No. 2089, from Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., as follows:
(1) On Site Waterline Easement and Agreement, (2) On-Site Sanitary Sewer/
Waterline Easement, and (3) Existing 12-inch Waterline Easement
g. Award bid - 2002 Water Renovations - Chief Construction Specialties, Inc.,
Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $605,081.00

persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Presentation of Water Environment Federation (WEF) Burke Safety Award to WWTP
