Minutes - January 18, 2000, and June 10, July 14, August 11, August 25, September 2, September 8 and September 10, 2003 4. Consent Items - a. Commission Resolution No. 3619 - authorize City Manager to sign Change Order No. 4 for Wastewater Treatment Plant modifications - Williams Plumbing and Heating, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - add $3,710.04 and 1 calendar day b. Acknowledge receipt of application for annexation of 59.823 acres between Durston Road and West Oak Street, immediately west of Diamond Estates Subdivision No.1 - McDonald Land Company; refer to staff c. Authorize Acting City Manager to sign - Road Right-of-Way Easement - from City to John M. Mandeville and Donna R. Mandeville - 60-foot-wide right-of-way across Tract 1A, COS No. 2153 for access to Tract 2, COS No. 1723 (extending west and south from Red Wing Road) d. Building Inspection Division report for August 2003 e. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Presentation re proposed discounts for senior citizens - Administrative Services Director Gamradt Listen 6. Appellate hearing - request to overturn administrative decision to allow a duplex to remain on Lot 1, Block 1, Brunton-Palffy Rearrangement Subdivision - Harry Townes, 514 North 10th Avenue, for property at 526 North 11 th Avenue, owned by Scott Chelendinas (C-03003) (VH and ACE) Conduct appellate hearing; motion and vote (to uphold, modify or overturn administrative decision) 7. Possible cancellation of September 29 Commission meeting Discussion; possible motion and vote 8.
