It will shock you. Bozeman has as many if not more dogs than people. Leash laws enforcement is lax in Bozeman. This fall I saw a couple near the campus walking a large pit bull without a leash. I think you guys should 1. Brainstorm about how the city can prevent the eventuality of pit bull attacks (the chances are high) 2. Enforce leash laws and 3. discuss and think about a ban on pit bulls as Denver has. If a child is mauled in Bozeman from a preventable pit bull attack - it would haunt the community forever.
