b. Commission Resolution No. 3632 - authorizing the recording of a deed of land
purchased under threat of condemnation along West Babcock Street
c. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order - The Village Downtown
planned unit development major subdivision (subdivide :1:8 acres described as a
portion of Lot 1, Amended Plat C-23-A 10, into 32 residential townhouse lots,
alleys, trail and open space areas) (east of North Broadway Avenue at East
Mendenhall Street extended) (P-03021 )
d. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order - Bridger Peaks Village
