Minor site plan - allow construction of 32-foot by 36-foot by 20-foot storage building at Sunset Hills Cemetery, 340 Golf Way (DS) b. Commission Resolution No. 3632 - authorizing the recording of a deed of land purchased under threat of condemnation along West Babcock Street c. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order - The Village Downtown planned unit development major subdivision (subdivide :1:8 acres described as a portion of Lot 1, Amended Plat C-23-A 10, into 32 residential townhouse lots, alleys, trail and open space areas) (east of North Broadway Avenue at East Mendenhall Street extended) (P-03021 ) d. Authorize Mayor to sign - Findings of Fact and Order - Bridger Peaks Village Subdivision ( subdivide 18 acres described as Tract 4B-1, COS No. 12150, into 4 lots, including 3 residential lots and a remainder lot) (along west side of North 15th Avenue extended between West Oak Street and Tschache Lane) (P-03024) e.
