Proclamation - "Business Women's Week" - October 20-24, 2003 b. Commission Resolution No. 3633 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change Order No.5 for Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications - Williams Plumbing and Heating, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - add $78,467.40 and 57 calendar days c. Commission Resolution No. 3634 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change Order Nos. 1 and 2 for library site remediation project - Envirocon, Inc., Missoula, Montana - add $23,652.19 and 4 calendar days d. Authorize writing off of outstanding miscellaneous accounts receivable totalling $1,281.03, per memo from Controller Brian LaMeres dated October 8,2003 e. Authorize writing off of outstanding water accounts receivable totalling $1,511.22, per memo from Controller Brian LaMeres dated October 8, 2003 f. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., Missoula, Montana - assist in development of application for Phase II Stormwater Permit g. Ratify City Manager's signature - Agreement between City of Bozeman and Comma-Q Architecture, Inc., Bozeman, Montana, for architectural assessment of the Historic T.B. Story Mansion, carriage house and grounds, 811 South Willson Avenue h. Acknowledge receipt of petition for creation of special improvement lighting district for Baxter Meadows, Phase I; refer to staff i. Award bid - Bozeman water supply-Sourdough bypass project - Williams Plumbing and Heating, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - in the bid amount of $638,630.00 j. Authorize expenditure of $2,738.60 as partial reimbursement for costs billed by the State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality for the Bozeman Solvent Site for the period April 1 ,2003 through June 30,2003 k. Public hearing - Certificate of Appropriateness to allow construction of a 574-square-foot addition to the existing fire station on Lots 10-19, Block F, Rouse's First Addition, with deviations from Section 18.32.050, Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow proposed addition to encroach 14 feet into required 15-foot setback and from Section 18.50.080, to allow proposed addition to encroach into street vision triangle - City of Bozeman Fire Department, 34 North Rouse Avenue (Z-03327) (LW) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to approve) 14.
