RECOMMENDATION: Approve cancelling the regularly scheduled City Commission
meeting on February 17, 2020.
STRATEGIC PLAN: 1.1 Outreach: Continue to strengthen and innovate in how we
deliver information to the community and our partners.
BACKGROUND: The mayor has decided not to meet on February 17, 2020.
Per Bozeman Municipal Code Sec. 2.02.070.A.4, the mayor or
majority of the commission may cancel a regular meeting if no
business is scheduled for that meeting. This item formalizes this
decision to cancel the meeting.

ALTERNATIVES: As determined by the City Commission.
