WHEREAS,the city has an Administrative Procedures Manual for Impact Fees; and WHEREAS,the city has made several changes to the Impact Fee Municipal Codes necessitating changes to the manual. NOW, THEREFORE, Pursuant to Bozeman Municipal Code Chapter 2,Article 6, Division 9, Impact Fees, the attached Impact Fee Administration Manual Update is hereby adopted. This Administrative Order is effective March 1, 2019.
