Approval of sketch plan application with Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of new sports field lighting at the City of Bozeman's Recreation Complex, 400 Haggerty Lane (Z-03245) (DS) b. Commission Resolution No. 3637 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change Order No.3 - Bozeman Public Library site remediation project - Envirocon, Inc., Missoula, Montana - add $8,168.23 and 2 calendar days c. Approval of final plat for minor subdivision planned unit development - subdivide 18 acres described as Tract 4B-1, cas No. 12150, into 5 lots, including 2 residential lots, 2 common areas and a remainder lot (along west side of North 15th Avenue extended between West Oak Street and Tschache Lane) (P-03032) (JM) d. Approval of final plat for Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase II - subdivide 59.03 acres described as Lot A, Minor Subdivision No. 145B, and Lot 1 A, Minor Subdivision No. 145A, into 42 single-family residential lots and 31 multi-family residential lots (east of Davis Lane and west of Target) (P-02023) (DS) e. Acceptance of Public Drainage Easement - Richard Maus and Jeremy Maus - 20-foot-wide easement across portion of Lot 21, Gordon Mandeville State School Section Subdivision (along east side of Meadow Lane, north of Griffin Drive) f. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Street Easement - PT Land and P.K. Nelson - 20-foot wide easement across portions of Tracts 2 and 3, cas No. 1215 for temporary cul-de-sac (for extension of North 15th Avenue) g. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Street Easement - Donald Mathre - 1 O-foot-wide easement along Lots 10, 11 and the east 15 feet of Lot 12, Glendale Rearrangement of Westside Addition (for West College Street) h. Award bid - 2002/2003 Westside Sewer Rehabilitation project - Planned & Engineered Construction, Inc., Helena, Montana - in the bid amount of $585,927.50 i. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5.
