1. Genesis Business Park Growth Policy Amendment, #P-06035 (Skelton)
*Consider a motion to approve the application for a Growth Policy Amendment to the Future Land
Use Map of the Bozeman 2020 Community Plan, Planning File No. P-06035, with the terms and
contingencies recommended in Planning Resolution P-06035.
2. Kagy Gardens Zone Map Amendment, #Z-06191 (Kozub)
*Consider a motion to approve Zone Map Amendment Application # Z-06191 for an initial municipal
zoning designation of R-2 (Residential Single-Household, Low Density District) with contingencies
outlined by staff.

1. Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (2 appointments)
(Fontenot)
*Consider a motion to appoint [applicants] to fill two vacancies on the Recreation and Parks
Advisory Board.
2. Potential Sale of the City owned “Lower Yards” parcel for a Mobile Home Park
(Kukulski)
*Determine if the Commission supports Stockyard, LLC and City staff continuing the pursuit of
development of a mobile home park development on a portion of land owned by the City of Bozeman
commonly referred to as the “lower yards” and direct staff accordingly.
3. Goal Setting for 2007 and Beyond (Kukulski)
*Consider a discussion of potential goals listed in the Commission memo (item I3), add or remove any
item(s) and direct staff to return with an updated list of goals under consideration during future Goal
Setting discussions.
