Action Items 1. 06:04:18 PM (00:01:21) Board Member Update (Discussion) New Board member Kevin Brustuen introduced himself to the other board members. 2. 06:05:18 PM (00:02:21) Inventory Update (Discussion) Staff Historic Preservation Specialist Phil Gonzalez gave an update on the inventory conducted by Metcalf Archaeological Consultants. They have done all of the groundwork of the approximately 120 properties and the City expects their report on about 40 properties in December. They expect to have all properties completed by late winter. 3. 06:06:33 PM (00:03:36) Retreat Agenda (Discussion) The retreat is planned for December 14th, in the Madison Room from 9 AM to 1 PM. Board members discussed agenda topics for the retreat. The regular December meeting is cancelled. The retreat will cover regular meeting topics and retreat agenda items. Retreat agenda items will be an overview of historic preservation in Bozeman, NCOD Plan/processes, Awards and a Willson project update. 4. 06:25:30 PM (00:22:33) Awards (Discussion) The board members discussed the schedule for the awards. The award applications will go out in January and the applications will need returned by the April regular board meeting. Decisions on the awards will be at the April HPAB meeting, with the presentations to happen approximately the first Saturday in May. Board members will contact the Baxter to see if they can host the presentation. G. FYI/Discussion 06:32:05 PM (00:29:08) Board members gave an update on the Willson Project. 06:34:24 PM (00:31:27) Mr. Gonzalez talked about new projects that have been submitted to the city. 06:39:45 PM (00:36:48) Mr. Gonzales answered questions from the possibility of a Windshield survey of potential historical locations in the city.
