Site Visitor Name: brian gallik Site Visitor Email: brian@galliklawfirm.com I live on 316 north third. I have expressed concern on multiple occasions about the City's assault on the integrity of our neighborhoods near downtown. The response from the city has essentially been to get over it. In the meantime, many of my neighbors, many of whom have lived here for decades, are fleeing because of high taxes and encroachment of incompatible uses (I.e. retail, etc) I was advised by Jane Jelinski that the City is now proposing to issue parking permits to people who don't live in our neighborhoods to the north of Main. Parking is already a problem. This is wrong. Our neighborhoods are not here to serve your perceived need to pack as many people downtown as you can. Step up.
