*Motion and Vote to adopt/not adopt Resolution 3938 levying and assessing a special
assessment for fiscal year 2007 upon all real property in the Business Improvement
District located in the City of Bozeman’s Downtown area to defray the estimated cost
and expense to be incurred in the Business Improvement District for the fiscal year as
outlined in the District’s work plan and budget.
8.Resolution 3942 - Creation of West Winds Ph 1-2 SILD # 691(Shannon)
*Motion and Vote to adopt/not adopt Resolution 3942 creating the Special
Improvement Lighting District # 691 for West Winds Subdivision, Phases 1 – 2.

1. Bozeman Deaconess Health Services Affordable Housing Plan (Sanford)
*Motion and Vote to approve/deny plan with revisions suggested by CAHAB (items 1 – 3
in attached July 12, 2006 memo) and the revisions recommended by planning staff (items
1 – 6 in the attached August 16, 2006 memo).
2. Design Review Board Appointments
*Motion and Vote to appoint two architects and one non-professional to the Design
Review Board.
3. Dog Committee (Brey)
*Motion and Vote to direct staff to take the necessary steps to implement
recommendations supported by the Commission.
4. Identification of Options Regarding Manufactured Homes (Epple)
*Consider options and Motion and Vote to provide direction to staff on which option or
combination of options the Commission wishes to pursue.
5. Define the Purpose and Intent of the Affordable Housing Task Force (Fontenot)
*Motion and Vote to adopt language defining the purpose and intent of the Affordable
Housing Task Force.
