RECOMMENDATION: Approve cancelling the regularly scheduled City Commission
meeting on January 20, 2020.
BACKGROUND: The mayor has decided not to meet on January 20, 2020. Per
Bozeman Municipal Code Sec. 2.02.070.A.4, the mayor or majority
of the commission may cancel a regular meeting if no business is
scheduled for that meeting. This item formalizes this decision to
cancel the meeting.
