BACKGROUND: The mayor has decided not to meet on January 20, 2020. Per Bozeman Municipal Code Sec. 2.02.070.A.4, the mayor or majority of the commission may cancel a regular meeting if no business is scheduled for that meeting. This item formalizes this decision to cancel the meeting. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. ALTERNATIVES: As determined by the City Commission. FISCAL EFFECTS: None.
