of the public, over, under, and across, a strip ofland situated in Gallatin County, Montana, 15.00 feet wide
to be located on the following described real property:
PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT
Tract 1, Certificate of Survey No. 985, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office
ofthe Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, and located m the NW 1/4 of Sec. 10, T. 2 S.,
R. 5 E. of P .M.M..
The easement is more particularly shown and described on the attached Exhibit B, which by this reference
is made a part hereof.
The GRANTOR states that it possesses the real property described above and that it has a lawful right to
grant an easement thereon.
The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and privileges
herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR.
The terms, covenants, and provisions ofthis easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.

An easement for public street and utility purposes over,
under and across Tract 1, Certificate of Survey No. 985,
according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the
office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,
Montana, and located in the Northwest Quarter of Section
10, Township 2 South, Range 5 East of P.M.M. Said
easement is described os follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Tract 1;
thence southerly 181.06'05", assumed azimuth from north,
50.01 feet along the west line of said Tract 1 to the point
of beginning of the easement to be described; thence
easterly 090'00'00" azimuth 15.00 feet; thence southerly
181'06'05" azimuth 358.00 feet; thence westerly
270"00' 00" azimu th 15.00 feet; then ce n ortherl y
001'06'05" azimuth 408.01 feet along the west line of said
