to be located on the following described real property:
Tract 1, Certificate of Survey No. 985, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office
ofthe Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, and located in the NW 1/4 of Sec. 10, T, 2 S.,
R.5 E, ofP,M,M..
The easement is more particularly shown and described on the attached Exhibit A, which by this reference
is made a part hereof,
The GRANTOR states that it possesses the real property described above and that it has a lawful right to
grant an easement thereon.
The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enj oy the rights and privileges
herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR.
The terms, covenants, and provisions ofthis easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.

An easement for public street and utility purposes oyer,
under and across Tract 1, Certificate of Suryey No. 985,
according to the plot thereof, on file and of record in the
office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,
Montano, and located in the Northwest Quarter of Section
10, T ownsh ip 2 South, Range 5 East of P. M. M. Said
easement is described os follows:
Commencing at the northwest comer of said Tract 1;
thence southerly 181'06'05", assumed azimuth from north,
30.01 feet along the west line of said Tract 1 to the point
of beginning of the easement to be described; thence
easterly 090'00'00" azimuth 600.00 feet; thence southerly
181'06'05" azimuth 20.00 feet along the east lin e of said
Tract 1; thence westerly 270'00'00" azimuth 600.00 feet;
then ce northerl y 001'06'05" azimuth 20.00 feet along th e
