NOTICE OF BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTIONS
LOT 1 OF THE CATRON CROSSING DEVELOPMENT
BOZEMAN, MONTANA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of LOT 1 within the Catron
Crossing Subdivision,which is described herein,that the final plat of the subdivision was approved
by the Bozeman City Commission before sanitary sewer service is available to Lot 1,as is allowed
in Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.270.060.
THEREFORE, PLEASE BE ADVISED, that BUILDING PERMITS WILL NOT BE
ISSUED FOR LOT 1 WITHIN THE CATRON CROSSING SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA until the sanitary sewer service is completed and accepted by the City
of Bozeman.
This notice pertains to Lot 1 of the Catron Crossing Subdivision, located on property legally
described as the Tract A-1 of the Corrected Certificate of Survey No. 1827A, situated in the
SEI/4 of Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, Principal Meridian, City of Bozeman,
Gallatin County, Montana.
