RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was entered into in association with Building Permit 19-28748, and,
WHEREAS, the Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was recorded as document number 2666249 at the Gallatin County
Clerk and Recorder, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has requested revisions to the Agreement and a new Agreement will be
recorded the City wishes to release the intent to lien encumbering certain parcels under said
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as 1612 W. Babcock St. and legally described as Lot 13, Block 2
Richard's Subdivision, and a 0.65 acre tract in the El/2 of the NWIA of the SW '/4 of Section
12, Township 2S, Range 5E as shown on Plat 127-274A , City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,
Montana.
