NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien in the real property described as 1612 W. Babcock St. and legally described as Lot 13, Block 2 Richard's Subdivision, and a 0.65 acre tract in the El/2 of the NWIA of the SW '/4 of Section 12, Township 2S, Range 5E as shown on Plat 127-274A , City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
