Please limit your comments to three minutes. K. Action Items 1. Resolution 5104, Adoption of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2021-2025 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5104, Adoption of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2021-2025. 2. Appointment to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee (TOP) (Maas) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee, Recreation and Parks Member Position, with a term ending April 15, 2021.
