Great to see you last week. Thanks for coming.
Something I'd like to bring to your attention.
Cooper Park has ceased to be a park paramount for people. It is now a dog park. I have a dog and I walk
her across the street but the scene is out of hand.
Unpicked up poop piles are prolific. At the very least signage and enforcement are needed. Human dog
owners are not being responsible. If tests were made of the snow and soil for contamination caused by
canine feces and urine, I am certain results would come back at unhealthy levels.
I love dogs but the de-facto way the city "manages" Cooper Park is insufficient. How did this happen?
