Thanks for your quick response. Our total budget is $75,000 to execute this initiative. As outlined in our proposal, we're asking each entity (City of Bozeman, City of Belgrade and Gallatin County) to invest $10,000 into the initiative. We are hoping to raise the remainder of funds ($45,000) from private contributions and corporate support. We believe that the initial investment by our government partners will help galvanize additional support from these additional donors. Over the past few months, we have met with you and other community partners to share ideas on how to leverage the work of our first Seat at the Table initiative. Our conversations with local government staff, Montana State University, HRDC, Habitat for Humanity, Interfaith Alliance, Bozeman Affordable Housing Department and others has informed our thinking on the best role for Seat at the Table 2020. The attached letter describes our process and intended outcomes to host Seat at the Table 2020 on affordable housing, the issue that was the top concern in 2018. We hope you will consider partnering with us again on a county-wide conversation for next fall in 2020.
