Mayor Andrus and Commissioners: Having just read Natalie Meyer’s report on Resolution 5118, and the
infographics attached, I enthusiastically urge you to approve and adopt it.
There is no more important issue for any government body to consider than climate change. Resolution 5118 is a
step in the right direction.
