Good morning Chris-
You may already know why I am contacting you. I currently have a temporary structure outside of The Pickle
Barrel. It has met all safety standards and I have given all the necessary paperwork to Bob from Building Division.
I am asking for a permit for a Temporary structure (Nov-Mar) to be placed outside of The Pickle Barrel. The
seating capacity is 6. The base area is 107" and it is 7'H. I would like to use an infrared heater. Joe's Parkway has
allowed me parking if necessary.
As you are well aware, my seating is extremely limited. This temporary structure would allow me a few extra seats
for customers to have a quick lunch. There may be an issue with the setback but I am hoping that since this
structure is temporary, there may be an exception.
Brian Krueger is aware and I have emailed him as well as I-Ho Pomeroy. Like I mentioned, the Building Division
has the information on the structure.
