1 am home owner in The Lakes at Valley West sub division phase 3. 1 hereby submit my
written disapproval to the creation or extension of the district and the costs that may be
imposed upon me, as a home owner, in the future. I do not feel any additional lighting in the
district is necessary and would be a complete waste natural resources, energy and expense to
home owners. The current lighting in the neighborhood is adequate for safety of both
pedestrian and drivers. In regards to the current lighting in the neighborhood, creating a
district after the fact, in order to pass on expenses to current home owners without prior
written approval, estimates, yearly costs, ETC. Is inappropriate. At this time I do not approve
any additional cost to current home owners in the neighborhood.
