RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENTS
COM ES NOW the City of Bozeman, 411 E. Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of Montana heremafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby release and reconvey the following described
easements unto Gallatm Center Limited Partnership, a Montana LImIted PartnershIp, as follows.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantor IS the legal record tttle holdcr of utIlity casements situated across I.ot II of
Phase 1 of the Gallatin Center SubdIVISIon P. U.D. Phase 4. City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS the above utiltty easements were granted by Gallatin Center Limited PartnershIp by the
followmg instruments:
Phase 1 urthe Gallatin Center Subdivision P.U.D. Phase IV, of record in BookJ of Plats, Page 423, recorded on
April 5, 2006 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS no pubhc UtIhtICS arc located withm the casements to he released and the vacatIon of the
satd easements will not adversely impact the Grantor's or the Public utility compallles mterests.
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Gallatm Center Limited Partnership, a
Montana Limited Partnership, those portIons of the utiltty easements located on the above described real
property as set forth on the Exhibit attached hereto together WIth any nght, tttle, or mterest that the Grantor may
have m Said uttltty casements as set forth on the Exhihit attached hereto and mcorporated herem hy reference as
though fully set forth and shown on the Exhibit:
ThIS reconveyance shall not affect the remainder of those easements shown on said B~ok of Plats.J, page
423 in the Clerk and Recorder's office of Gallatm County, Montana. ~. .

Range 5 East, Principal Meridian Montana, City of Bozeman, Gallatin
County, Montana, and being more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at a point which bears South 00'21'02" West, a distance
of 48 66 feet from the Southeast Corner of said Lot 11;
