Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana heremafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby release and reconvey the following described easements unto Gallatm Center Limited Partnership, a Montana LImIted PartnershIp, as follows. WITNESSETH WHEREAS the Grantor IS the legal record tttle holdcr of utIlity casements situated across I.ot II of Phase 1 of the Gallatin Center SubdIVISIon P. U.D. Phase 4. City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana. WHEREAS the above utiltty easements were granted by Gallatin Center Limited PartnershIp by the followmg instruments: Phase 1 urthe Gallatin Center Subdivision P.U.D. Phase IV, of record in BookJ of Plats, Page 423, recorded on April 5, 2006 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana. WHEREAS no pubhc UtIhtICS arc located withm the casements to he released and the vacatIon of the satd easements will not adversely impact the Grantor's or the Public utility compallles mterests.
