First Name Connie Last Name Lange Email Address connielange712@gmail.com Phone Number Not answered Address 712 S. Tracy Address 2 Not answered City Bozeman State Montana ZIP Code 59715 Comments Dear mayor and commissioners, Below please find a link to the Dec. 1 airing of CBS's "60 Minutes" program which includes a story on homelessness in Seattle. Of note was the point that giving into developers was a major contributor to homelessness in a city with low unemployment and a relatively good economy. We already see the effects of this in Bozeman. I don't think we need to continue down this road when we know where it leads.  https://www.cbs.com/shows/60_minutes/ Speaking of developers, FYI, I noticed Hollaran's Black Olive building has some design flaws. Two drains from the top floor spill down the west wall. You can already see where dripping water and ice melt has flowed into window casing. No doubt there will also be some dangerous icicles and icy patches on the sidewalk throughout the winter. Standing directly under the brickwork and looking up, you can see uneven courses in the bricks, and more importantly, bricks sticking out approximately where floors are. Finally, on the south, it appears that the mesh or cut-away balcony railings on the upper floors are already showing what looks like rust or some type corrosion. This luxury intrusion is looking a little shabby.  Respectfully, Connie Lange   Would you like to be contacted regarding your comments?
