Bozeman, Montana 5Q718, docs hereby remise, convey, release and forever quit claim unto the
City. of Bozeman, a political subdivision of the State of Montana, P.O. Box. 1230, Bozeman,
Montana 59771-1230, the Grantee, all of his/her right, title and intcrest including all future
interests, if any, in and to a portion of Lot 1 of the Rearrangement of Tract 7, Smith Subdivision

as filed with the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder, being located in the Nl/l Ntl/4 Section
11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana, being further described
as follows'
A stnp ofland, the north line of which is the north line of said Lot 1, Rearrangement of
Tr<1ct 7, Smith Subdivision; the east and west boundary lines of -which me the east anu
west lines of said Lot 1; and the South boundary of which lies :2.5 feet, measured at right
angles, south of and parallel with the north line of said Lot 1, said south line being
extended or truncated to meet the east and wcst lines of said Lot 1.
Said strip being 333 square feet, more or less.
