Dear Madam Mayor, It has been brought to my attention the “vendors” who give away things
like hot chocolate, cookies etc are now not allowed to give away these treats free on theChristmas Stroll. Is this true? Are Churches bound by this same decree? Perhaps the vendors
could also consider that such small gifts at no charge would brighten Christmas spirit foreveryone? Your thoughts please. Respectfully, Paul Robitaille
