TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Pursuant to Subparagraphs 3.7.1-3.7.3 and 4.12 of the Preconstruction Services Conditions
Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager this amendment dated the 15th day of
November, 2019, between City of Bozeman ("Owner") and Langlas &Associates, Inc.
("Contractor") for the Bozeman Public Safety Center, hereby establishes authorization to proceed
with the Work as set forth below, along with associated Unit Prices.
The Construction Manager is hereby authorized to proceed with grubbing onsite asphalt and
concrete material outside the footprints of existing/demolished structures, as well as crushing
same material, in addition to concrete foundations from demolished structures, for future use as
bedding material for the new Work at the Bozeman Public Safety Center. Upon completion of
crushing operations, material piles will be surveyed to calculate total volumes for each class of
material, then convert to tonnage for the purpose of applying Unit Prices.
Agreed upon Unit Prices are as follows:
Crushed Concrete from Demolished Foundations $ 8.50 /ton
Grubbing Concrete /Asphalt Outside Structures, then Crush $ 12.50 /ton
General Conditions $ 725.00 /week
Material Quantity Survey for Purpose of Payment At Cost
General Liability Insurance _ 0.625% of the above
Construction Manger's Fee (3.2%) 3.2% of the above
100% Payment and Performance Bonds 1% of the above
CONTRACT TIME
Work shall begin on or about December 2"d, 2019 with an anticipated duratioli of
approximately three weeks.
