Dear Commission and Staff,
I may not make it to the meeting tonight before this agenda item is discussed. Therefore, I am
writing to provide my support for the proposed revisions to the UDC. These revisions will make for a
much more straightforward process for design professionals, significantly reducing the amount of
time required for revisions during the permitting process, while still maintaining the sustainability
goals of the City. Nicely done!
